Now this started as a doodle.I'm sitting there, drawing an eye when it all goes out of control and I end up with a sketch with loads of pencil shading.
I know there's a bit of dodgy anatomy but it didn't come out to bad.
And the scanner did an Ok job picking it all up.

Fantastic piece Gary! Love the rendering and the strong narrative quality. I think the composition with the raised hand is brilliant. I find when I'm doodling I often come up with stuff that's a bit more daring then I might otherwise.
I know what you mean, Eric. If'n it's just a doodle, then I seem to be less constrained as to what I can get away with.
