WESTERNoir Book 6

Dave has just confirmed that Stuart Gould, AccentUK's  trusted printer,
has said that WesterNoir #6 will be printed in time for the London
MCM event on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of October.
Terrific news...
We originally wanted it all printed up purty like for Thought Bubble
on the 14th and 15th of November, so we're pretty pleased about this.

So if folk are going to the  London MCM they can grab themselves
an early copy plus there'll be some limited watercolour sketches
for those new readers who by a Sketch pack (WESTERNoir Books 1-4
plus Tales of WESTERNoir issue 1...
or season 1 as Dave and I like to call it.)

Book 2 of WESTERNoir Review.

Another surprise review of WESTERNoir, this time Book 2:-

Biodegradable Issue 9

I'm in this...
"A hope in Hell" was a strip I did the breakdown/layouts for.
Written by Paul Birch and inked/Art by Mats Engesten
Coloured by Yel Zamor, with lettering by John Robbins.
It first appeared in a charity book a fair few years ago
and has been reprinted here.
Go and have a read of the review, I think ya'll like it.

Stephenson's Robot.

Last weekend (At Manchester MCM) Accent UK released the second issue
of Stephenson's Robot.
Written by Dave West and Jon Ayre and wonderfully
drawn by Indio.
Steampunk at it's very best...
So each of the seven issue's will have a back up strip featuring one of
the characters and my tale of the Carnival Master is in this issue.
And a fine tale by Jon Ayre it is too.
It's in full colour and a finer comic I've yet to find.
So here's the cover and the first two (unlettered of course) pages of my strip to tease.

A pretty interesting Podcast.

So last weekend at Manchester MCM we had ourselves a heap o'
interest at the Accent UK stand...loads of books sold.
A couple of new customers got to talking about how they
put on a local podcast about a whole lot a comics.
Dave (That'll be Mr West) let me know that these fellas
had recorded their latest podcast talking all things AccentUk, so I had myself a listen
and I thought I share the link for those of a discernin'
nature to have a listen to as well.
So here it is in all it's glory.
